I wanted to ask eugene to watch it with me since he asked me out today.

I shall finish my cookies ingredients today.

The ones i baked on monday received good response, yuan loved it, wisarut, rosani, weilun, vincent, joel they all liked it too.
And since xiong-ge asked me to bake for him, i shall do it today to kill time.

Yuan came to my place to pick me up for dinner earlier this evening.
It was rather surprising because i thought i wouldnt be meeting him!

We then went to have dinner at The Manhattan Fish Market.
Wanted to go to the Plaza Singapura branch, but we thought it might be crowded because of the christmas season, so we went to the White Sands one.

Instead of the usual salmon fillet, i ordered the manhattan fish and chips.
yuan ordered that too, but we both couldnt finish it because we were too full.
I only ate slightly more than half of the fish!


Balloons are seriously freaking me out, a balloon just burst in front of me.

I think it's good leh! There are 3 couples shown in this show, (name them A, B, and C), and one couple are killers.

Today, we had Burger King for lunch and i was telling the girls funny things about yuan.

Then i suddenly remembered something funny he said last night, i took out my phone and was looking for the sms, he started to get shy! He stood up and kept walking up and down (because he didnt know where to go),
and i show them this:
"Tsk, go to sleep la yihe beh (semi-quaver rest) beee.."

HAHAHAHHAAHHA we totally laughed out loud!

In case you do not get the joke, he was imitating Chen Han Wei on text. HAHAHA
In the previous 9pm show on channel 8, he calls his wife beh beeeeee. My dad and i kept imitating him, and my dad kept calling my mom that, always making my siblings, yuan and i laugh!

But the super funny part is like the (semi-quaver rest)!
He always tell me he's like so lousy in band and all that but HE FREAKING USED A MUSICAL TERM!
Today while i was walking back to school alone (for music lesson),
i started to count in semi-quavers to see if the pause between beh and bee is really that, and it really is a semi-quaver! Of course counting a beat as a second.
HAHHHAAHAHAHHA Crazy. Why the hell am i even talking about this.

But my boyfriend's really cute.

Today was music crash course part 2 on Balinese Gamelan. I was falling asleep and trying to stay awake, and there was this part where a song title was "Crow Steals Eggs". I laughed and shiying didnt know why i was laughing. I then pointed the words to her, and SHE WHACKED ME. Come on, it's funny la. And it's not the first time alr!
HAAHAHHAHHA, there was once where we were doing Beethoven's song cycle and BEETHOVEN USES A MOTIF FOR BIRD CALLS! HAHAHAHAHA

We were talking to Mr Sim today after lesson, I nearly cried :(
I feel so useless sometimes.

Today i went to Mandai Crematorium to visit grandfather.
(sorry yvonne and peipei for not being able to go to escape today!)

Today we went to Plaza Singapura after the concert,
walked around and bought christmas cards to send out :D
We then couldnt decide for lunch,
so we walked malls to malls till we reached Ion Orchard,
AND WE COULDN'T FIND A BLOODY ATM MACHINE.
it was damn tiring and damn hilarious,
we were like a crazy couple laughing like mad,
answering random people's questions when they walked past,
and waved at everyone we saw. (only yuan kept doing that)
HAHHAHAHAHA

we finally found an ATM at the MRT station only because i suddenly recalled there was one there.
We then realised we had walked for 2 hours unknowingly!
I saw the planner at first at Plaza Sing i think,
then i saw it again at wheelock place.
I should have bought it. :(


After lunch, we took a train back to tampines and bought a planner at Urban Write :(
It's nice but i thought the 'one day to a page' part spoilt it.
And it's freaking so common.
More spaces for me to write and draw, but :(
i miss the winnie the pooh planner :(



I spent so long trying to convince yuan to allow me to buy it,
he finally agreed but i somehow didnt want to buy it.
But now, I'M REGRETTING! :(







I was facebooking just now, and i happened to see my teacher's profile. He added me months ago, but today i clicked on it and looked at his pictures.
He was my fencing teacher in charge back in secondary school.
He was smiling in most pictures, and some taken with an epee and etc.
But when i saw the pictures, all the bad memories came back to me.
For 4 years, everytime i saw him i was given 'that kind' of face.
He gave me the impression that he looked down on me. He didnt believe that i would succeed, i would do well for O's. Everytime he looked at other girls or other fencers, he'd smile at them but when he looked at me, it'd be the face that made me feel as small as an ant.

I remember when i was sec one, we had fencing camp and on the first night, he jumbled up all of our armour and we were made to look for our own stuff. I put my hand on the ground, and my body wire accidentally got pierced into my palm. It was an open wound, but he insisted i fence with the tanglin sec guys the next day. And fencing them would mean that i have to wear my glove, and the glove would stick to my wound. I was in pain, i remember crying when i bathed and while i fenced, and till now there's still a small hump on my hand.

I also remember my hungarian coach wanted to me to learn to fence both foil and sabre, but he didn't allow me to. I was disappointed as not all of the people was offered to learn two weapons.

I also remember 'that incident' at the equipment room. I'll never forget that incident for the rest of my life. Because of that incident, i refused to attend trainings anymore. I refused to see the fencers and the teachers in charge. I remember he chose not to believe me and sided the other girl. I hated him.


It was because of these that made me don't wanna join fencing in YJ. Mr leong keeps asking me why why why, even up till end nov, he still asked me. I told him everything that happened.


Bad memories, i wish i won't think of it anymore.

I'll never forget them siding that girl. I'll never forget the feeling of being accused.

The worst part of the past 18 years of my life.

Anyways, today i went to meet shao and shimin at tampines one while waiting for gets. They had lunch and then i left to meet yuan since gets told me to go off first and he was ready to meet me.

So i took 31 to Katong Convent and then met up with him. Gets alighted at the wrong stop so we went to meet the rest at the bike rental shop. There were then so much (*T^&!%#!*^#*). In the end gets left, apple and wendy left, so yuan and i rode on the double bike with sang and miaoting rode the single one. Was quite fun, i slowly forgotten the unhappiness.

But i still feel bad towards yuan, SORRY! :(



anyways i then went to NSC to meet mom and dad.

they then dropped me off at tampines mall to get mr siow's gift while waiting for me at the carpark.

I BET I'VE GAINED AT LEAST 2 KGs today.

boyfriend came over after his lessons ended today,
intended to catch a movie together,
but saw dad and muum and they asked us to have lunch with them.
So we didnt watch movie, went to Jack's Place to have lunch.

We walked around for awhile and then we went down to National Sailing Centre to pick brother up.

Looking at yuan help the kids, play with them, really warms my heart.

We met a super cute little girl called Rian. Super cute. HAHAHA

Anyways, we then went to seafood centre to have dinner with the kids and all.

It's nice eating with yuan cause he'd peel prawns and crabs for me!
Just like Seoul Garden that time, he'd cook for me too :D

We then drove him home :)

7 MONTHS.
Not a long time, but definitely not a short time.



The picture above shows what yuan surprised me with this morning.
I felt so bad that he slept so late just to get the card ready while i went to sleep so early.

Yesterday, i waited for yuan and shimin. Meanwhile, i worked on my best friend, Lim Shao Cong's birthday card with CHENG NI (the crazy girl)! The wind was REALLY STRONG.
and then they came out, i was 'showing off' the card i made to them, and some people are really WEIRDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. sometimes i really wish someone can tell me what's wrong with them, like why are they so weird??? I always cant help but to give the pair of pitiful eyes to them when i see them.

Anyways, shimin, yuan and i then went to Macdonalds for lunch. We then went to Popular and searched for art materials for shao's bday cards and anniversary cards.
Blah blah blah, we then went to Sembawang for.... (i dun know what).

After that shao came and then blah blah blah, yuan and i alighted at yishun to take bus home, and there was bits of unhappiness and then i took 969 alone. I told him all my unhappiness and i felt bad for being angry at him. So after i alighted at Tampines, i went to J.Co to buy donuts for him! :D dun know why, but just felt like it.

I bumped into yensoon and bernard while on the way back. Miss my friends :(

I went home, went online for awhile and chengni chased me offline. So i went to draw shao's card and my 7th month anniversary card, which looks like this....

In short, i didn't study yesterday night. HAHAHA

SO... yuan really came to my house (really to my surprise)

We had lunch, and then slacked awhile before going downstairs to buy dessert for grandmother and ourselves.
After that, he went to my bed and fell asleep!

I was really kind, i left him alone to sleep and watched my videos,
and then he started to snore softly. (softer than my brother at least)
I began laughing to myself, so i went over to him and laid beside him.
I started to giggle and then he woke up!

He smiled at me, and while looking at him,
I wondered how much luck i've accumulated in my previous and present life,
to have found a wonderful boyfriend.

I then told him he was snoring, HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME!

So i left him alone again and he fell back asleep shortly.
I then went to his side (again) and i closed his mouth for him.
He was actually pretending to sleep so he let me manipulate his mouth.

Yesterday i accompanied yuan to school for his OGL interview, after that we went to buy lunch and went to Kranji.

Boonhao and gordon were already there.. farming. We had lunch together, and then they started to farm again while i sat there and took out my music notes to study!

Gordon was the slacker among the three of them. He was in the shop playing PSP while yuan and boonhao slogged out under the sun. HAHAHA

anyways, there was a customer who came and wanted to buy the fish. Boonhao told me to sell it to them at any price i want and i would be able to keep the money. I didnt even know how much they were supposed to cost la! so he told me to sell it at 20! I refused to go as i was scared! he then went in and SOLD IT AT $8!

That idiot, i felt like whacking him! HAHAHA

I then continued to study and they continued to farm, while gordon continued to play the PSP HAHAHAH and yuan brought me to buy tea eggs! HAHAAH the last time we ate it, boonhao shelled it for me while it was hot. Yesterday, he didnt want to shell it for me! He still laughed at me and said: you can only see, cannot eat. HAHAHHAHA
So i forced myself to shell it and then i said: now i not only can see, i can eat! HAHAHHAHA

we then took the shuttle bus out and went to Yishun to take 969 back to Tampines. Went to the tze char stall downstairs my home and then they sent me back :)

My maid went home today. Kind of miss her now, afterall she's been here for nearly 3years alreay.

I've been dealing with many losses this period of time. Shona, my maid, Mr Poh, Mr Sim, Hou Mun, many more which i can't recall at the moment! More goodbyes to say if i get transferred to SAJC or go to NAFA.

Today, yuan came to my place after school.

We got a little drenched, and it was nearly flooding over at Tampines.
We bathed, and then did something which i'm sure he wont want me to say because he thinks it's gay (HAHAHAHA), and then one hour plus i guess, was spent on the floor rolling and laughing and acting, loads of funny stuff that still makes me laugh when i think of it, and it was really an 'accident-prone' day today.

I hit my leg on my bedroom ledge, he pulled my hair accidentally, knocked our heads together (it's DAMN pain i tell you) and MANY MORE! it's super retarded! HAHAHAA

Anyways we then strolled down to Tampines One and he bought 2 shirts from Topman! Like FINALLY, for the first time we walked in and came out with something.
This guy's fussy and indecisive. He always end up not buying anything! I was happier than him i tell you. HAHAHAHA

Mr Poh's leaving us already and Edna could possibly take over us. I'm starting to miss him already. SG22 won't be full for next week, since some of them are going to South Africa, Malaysia, Law attachment programme, etc., and i'm only going to see Mr Poh for 4 more days. I MISS HIM! :(

like srsly, where can you find a teacher who wouldn't get angry with you for more than 3 minutes? Where can you find a teacher who doesnt mark your tutorials and still give you high marks for DW and Reflection? That's a joke. BUT really. BOYFRIEND'S BRINGING YIHE TO SHOPPING TMRW AGAIN!

not very willing to spend the money,
but dun want yuan to buy it.

YIHE IS A HAPPY YIHE TODAY ! :D



we met up and loooked for my bestfriend-s, the 2 Ss. HAHAAHAHAH!
yeah, it's shaocong and shimin.
damn hilarious, we were like plagued with the laughing gas.

they then left for amk hub,
while yuan and i walked around cineleisure.
(we nearly took those kiddy neoprints :D)

walked all the way to far east to look for my bag,
the lady selling it is damn funny.
she said this in front of yuan: ask him buy la, dun care him.
all men are like that, jio you that time, so nice right! now not nice alr,
wait till you two get married!
HAHAHAHAHHA

then rushed back to cineleisure for our movie,
the long queue pissed me off because I WAS HUNGRY!
luckily we werent late.

we watched (500) days of summer,
it wasnt as nice as i expected,
[i wanted to watch the deadly tsunami! :( ]
i expected it to be sad, according to the movie reviews,
but it wasnt THAT sad.
funny at some parts though,
i liked the 'puma' and the 'penis' and the 'hi i'm autumn'.
LOL


saw a couple of YJC-ians,

OH and yuan likes my curly hair.

we then went to orchard ion after the movie,
walked around, played around,
did my errand and then met up with zhenyu for dinner.

they were then too tired to continue to peninsular,
so zhenyu headed home while yuan and i went to 'ten penis' (Tampines)

we then walked around T1, (cause i desperately wanted him to buy clothes back)
I LIKE THE WHITE TEE SHIRT THAT HAS THE GREEN OUTLINE :(:(
we should go there to buy :D


okay i'm going to bed already,

My Favourite AND Most Disastrous Cooking Experience!



The preparation of ingredients is always the easiest of all. But i never expected the baking of donuts to be SO tough, compared to my usual cookie baking.
This was the very first time i tried to bake donuts.


These cutters were used to allow me to make my donuts look better! I like the heart shape ones the best!, but in the end i used the round ones which my neighbour lent me later that day.



First i referred to my book of recipes to make sure that i put in the correct ingredients at the right time...



Since i wasn't sure and it SEEMED wrong, i then asked my auntie for assistance. But it didn't help me much, it still looked wrong...


So I called for help! I called my mother for help, but she couldn't help me much too!



I then decided to just mix them together and see if it would work out,



And squeeze it and pound it, (by the way, the recipe says that i should use a machine mixer.)



SERIOUSLY CANNOT MAKE IT! I then ran to my neighbour's house to ask for help!
Auntie came over and told me,"You need to add some milk!"
No idea why my recipe had no mention about milk, but i still got the milk at the nearest minimart.



After adding milk, granny helped me to heat up the oil while i prepared the chocolate glaze with chocolate powder and icing sugar.



After mixing them together, I double-boiled the whole mixture so that i could melt them. Meanwhile, i deep fried the dough. The dough looked big in the pan while it was fried, but when i took it out, it shrunk! but by the time the freshly fried donuts cooled down, my chocolate mixture hardened!



Demoralised and tired, i didn't want to re-boil it again.
So i decided to just use the remaining icing sugar to put on the donuts.


And...
TADAAA!

It doesn't look so bad right?
The end result looked 'not-bad', it made me feel that the day spent was well worth it.


Hence this may be my most disastrous cooking experience because this was the first time i baked something new without my mother's guidance, and i made many mistakes along the way.
But this is also my favourite cooking experience, because it was something new which i have never tried before, and i have learnt alot of lessons from this experience which have taught me to be independent.
