daddy went to help me to collect my free movie passes from Nuffnang.
i told him if got anything can call me.
he called me when i was having PW.
after the lesson i called him back,

he said:"I went to the office just now, the door was locked! I used the intercom to call in but no one picked up! So i knocked down the glass door and went in to take the movie passes. I got 20 of them, ask your friends who wants. BUT ah, i'm now at tanglin police station. call mummy and ask her to bail me out! the policeman said the singapore law states that when i'm in their station i can only receive calls, cant call out. call her for me ok! bye!"

i was laughing like mad (till peipei asked if i'm mad)
then i called mummy and told her.
DAMN FUNNY MANZXZXZ, my daddy's a crayzee person!

this person thinks i'm predictable,
but it's only because he can read my mind like a book.

this person always knows what i wanna do,
and i always wonder why he knows, am i that predictable?

he always laugh at the way i sing pop songs. (he thinks i can only sing corale songs)

he likes to fake a chinese accent.
he likes to eat 'chap chai peng' because he thinks the plate looks colourful when you have WHITE rice, RED sweet and sour pork, GREEN vegetables and YELLOW eggs. he thinks it helps to appetize him.
he chews very slowly.
he likes me to sit on his right so that i'll lie on his right shoulder and not his left (i secretly like it too, cause there's a bone on his left which i cant feel on his right, it's more comfortable :P)
he likes to pretend to be damn rich. (when we walk past a nice car, he'll pretend that it's his)
he always tell me to eat on the bus cause he has loads of money and will help me to pay the $1000 fine.
he likes to sign off as 'cheeky round' and he does so by writing 'cheeky' and then drawing a round face with a crooked teeth and black specs.
he likes to laugh at his mother's pronounciation (although i think it's quite acceptable)
he loves cats more than me.
he is a very observant person. (he observes well and still can remember them)
he is a very nice brother and son.
he is nice to everyone.
most people think he's cool but HE THINKS HE IS NERDY!

YIHE IS A HAPPY YIHE TODAY ! :D



we met up and loooked for my bestfriend-s, the 2 Ss. HAHAAHAHAH!
yeah, it's shaocong and shimin.
damn hilarious, we were like plagued with the laughing gas.

they then left for amk hub,
while yuan and i walked around cineleisure.
(we nearly took those kiddy neoprints :D)

walked all the way to far east to look for my bag,
the lady selling it is damn funny.
she said this in front of yuan: ask him buy la, dun care him.
all men are like that, jio you that time, so nice right! now not nice alr,
wait till you two get married!
HAHAHAHAHHA

then rushed back to cineleisure for our movie,
the long queue pissed me off because I WAS HUNGRY!
luckily we werent late.

we watched (500) days of summer,
it wasnt as nice as i expected,
[i wanted to watch the deadly tsunami! :( ]
i expected it to be sad, according to the movie reviews,
but it wasnt THAT sad.
funny at some parts though,
i liked the 'puma' and the 'penis' and the 'hi i'm autumn'.
LOL


saw a couple of YJC-ians,

OH and yuan likes my curly hair.

we then went to orchard ion after the movie,
walked around, played around,
did my errand and then met up with zhenyu for dinner.

they were then too tired to continue to peninsular,
so zhenyu headed home while yuan and i went to 'ten penis' (Tampines)

we then walked around T1, (cause i desperately wanted him to buy clothes back)
I LIKE THE WHITE TEE SHIRT THAT HAS THE GREEN OUTLINE :(:(
we should go there to buy :D

My Favourite AND Most Disastrous Cooking Experience!



The preparation of ingredients is always the easiest of all. But i never expected the baking of donuts to be SO tough, compared to my usual cookie baking.
This was the very first time i tried to bake donuts.


These cutters were used to allow me to make my donuts look better! I like the heart shape ones the best!, but in the end i used the round ones which my neighbour lent me later that day.



First i referred to my book of recipes to make sure that i put in the correct ingredients at the right time...



Since i wasn't sure and it SEEMED wrong, i then asked my auntie for assistance. But it didn't help me much, it still looked wrong...


So I called for help! I called my mother for help, but she couldn't help me much too!



I then decided to just mix them together and see if it would work out,



And squeeze it and pound it, (by the way, the recipe says that i should use a machine mixer.)



SERIOUSLY CANNOT MAKE IT! I then ran to my neighbour's house to ask for help!
Auntie came over and told me,"You need to add some milk!"
No idea why my recipe had no mention about milk, but i still got the milk at the nearest minimart.



After adding milk, granny helped me to heat up the oil while i prepared the chocolate glaze with chocolate powder and icing sugar.



After mixing them together, I double-boiled the whole mixture so that i could melt them. Meanwhile, i deep fried the dough. The dough looked big in the pan while it was fried, but when i took it out, it shrunk! but by the time the freshly fried donuts cooled down, my chocolate mixture hardened!



Demoralised and tired, i didn't want to re-boil it again.
So i decided to just use the remaining icing sugar to put on the donuts.


And...
TADAAA!

It doesn't look so bad right?
The end result looked 'not-bad', it made me feel that the day spent was well worth it.


Hence this may be my most disastrous cooking experience because this was the first time i baked something new without my mother's guidance, and i made many mistakes along the way.
But this is also my favourite cooking experience, because it was something new which i have never tried before, and i have learnt alot of lessons from this experience which have taught me to be independent.

i screwed up on the notes and I EVEN HAD A SLIGHT MEMORY LAPSE.
i was pissed off by it.

went to yuan's house with the intention to study,
wanted to go home to change but didnt in the end.

so went lunch with his entire family (except zhenye cause he was at camp)
i was still scared of his dad. (According to yuan, my dad is scarier but i think otherwise. AHAAHAHA)
so went back to his home, wanted to study,
but his dad wanted to wash his van, so we all went to help him!

it was really hilarious.
there should have been a photographer there to take photos.
HAHAAHA

so after car-washing,
we went to bathe (in different bathrooms, of course. AHHAHAA)
and we studied for about 2 hours ONLY.

went home after dinner.
my super nice boyfriend sent me home :)

i changed my carlsberg money bank to mountain dew because the can looks nicer! :D
