luckily there will be a re test, and i MUST do well for it man.
borrowed a book on headaches just now, and while reading it in the bus, i've found out the cause of my headaches.
when reading that book, i was like agreeing all the way about the things they wrote in the book, and its so true. they listed out reasons that may have caused headaches, and it could keep track of what exactly is the cause.
I've found my reason.
amines, stress and hypoglycemia.
Amines is a group of vasoactive, nitrogen-based protein. It is often present in aged foods like cheese, yogurt, and yakult. )):

hypoglycemia is caused by excessive dieting, or fasting.
to avoid hypoglycemia, eat frequently, don't skip meals, and eat complex carbohydrates.

well, at least i've found the reasons to the headaches. better than nothing. XD
